Was is a foreclosure?
Poor house-its tied up in a family dispute. Up until a few years ago it was one of the nicer places here. The house got hit by lightning and caught fire, the kids got the insurance check and spent the money but not on the house. Meanwhile, its been vandalized and is slowly rotting away.
Next time call before you drop in so I have a couple minutes to tidy up.
